“I have been taking personal training from Colette since January 2010. At first, I was dragged into it by my girlfriend. She was more committed than I was. Both for time, cost, and the belief that ‘I can exercise myself – I don’t need a personal trainer’, I was reluctant to start.

Personal Training
A one-on-one individual exercise class (1 or 2 hours long) with Colette personally taking you through your individually created exercise plan every step of the way. Your current fitness levels are ascertained and your goals discussed and agreed. Colette can work with you for one session, short term or long term and this personal training quickly develops your fitness levels. Whether you like running, performing strength exercises, cycling, kickboxing, swimming or Yoga, Colette can create a plan that you will enjoy and that combines different exercise disciplines. One of Colette’s greatest strengths is her ability to motivate you every time you see her regardless of your frame of mind and how your body feels that day. Before you know it you will be fitter, stronger, confident and more toned than you have ever been.

Personal Consultation
Colette tests your physical ability and prepares a realistic exercise plan with you that you execute on your own. Colette may recommend attending her classes or Personal Training sessions but if this is not something you can do you can benefit from her experience and expertise at overcoming motivational issues as well as physical ones for when you tackle the exercise routine on your own. An initial one hour consultation will arm you with an initial plan and Colette recommends you check in for half hour follow up consultations at least every month.
