Colette Fitness

Colette is a motivational power-house providing English speaking classes and one-on-one personal training to all fitness levels. A made athlete, Colette overcame many mental and physical barriers herself and in doing so knows how difficult the challenge is of getting to a basic level of fitness as well as preparing for an Ironman.  When you are de-motivated Colette will be there encouraging you along the way regardless of your current fitness level.

Philosophy

Colette’s philosophy is ‘It’s Not Fitness, It’s Life’.  She believes that fitness should be a part of your daily routine and encourages her clients to incorporate activities that they enjoy to get them moving. 

“Every personal training client is different and when I meet my clients for the initial consultation I need to understand their fitness goals, lifestyle and what activities they enjoy before putting together their tailored fitness programme. 

I bring this same philosophy into my group fitness classes.  It’s important for me that everybody feels comfortable in my classes, regardless of fitness level, age or ability and I instruct different levels of difficulty in the exercises/postures and I provide modifications where necessary.” Colette

Combining different disciplines of exercise on a regular basis dramatically improves fitness levels and the shape of your body. I really look forward to Colette’s Yoga & Fusion classes, there’s always a relaxed atmosphere that makes it a fun & social experience – but you work hard too! Classes vary from week to week which is great because I can be lazy and follow too much of a routine. There are levels of difficulty, which means I can challenge myself when I’m on form or back off a bit if I’m feeling tired. Classes  

All Colette’s classes Fusion, Super Set Saturdays and Form and Flow Yoga are suitable for everyone, from the beginner to the amateur athlete. All levels of fitness will find they are challenged in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Community   

Colette often organises a coffee after class –  a fun way to wind down. Committed to prioritizing health & fitness but also having fun in the process, the only competition you will find is with yourself & you may find some friends in the process.
